Terms and Conditions of Apps

Introduction
These Terms govern the use of Apps, and, any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner in a legally binding way. Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of this document.
The User must read this document carefully.
The Owner offers Products through the App Store. Although the entire contractual relationship relating to these Products is entered into solely by the Owner and Users, Users acknowledge and agree that Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary.

What the User should know at a glance
Please note that some provisions in these Terms may only apply to certain categories of Users. In particular, certain provisions may only apply to Consumers or to those Users that do not qualify as Consumers. Such limitations are always explicitly mentioned within each affected clause. In the absence of any such mention, clauses apply to all Users.
Terms of Use
Unless otherwise specified, the terms of use detailed in this section apply generally when using Apps.
By using Apps, Users confirm to meet the following requirements:
- There are no restrictions for Users in terms of being Consumers or Business Users;
- Users aren't located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist-supporting" country;
- Users aren't listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
Content on Apps
Unless where otherwise specified or clearly recognizable, all content available on Apps is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors. The Owner undertakes its utmost effort to ensure that the content provided on Apps infringes no applicable legal provisions or third-party rights.

Specific Provisions for Studio HQ AI: Customer Comic HQ Maker
1. Restricted Content and Usage
- Exploitation or Abuse of Children: Studio HQ AI strictly prohibits any activity that facilitates or promotes the exploitation or abuse of children. Users found engaging in such activity will be immediately banned and reported to authorities.
- Sexually Explicit Content and Profanity: Our app does not allow for the creation, uploading, or distribution of any content that contains or promotes sexually explicit material or profanity.
- Inappropriate Content: Studio HQ AI enforces a strict policy against content that promotes violence, discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or violates the rights of others.
- No Unconsented Likenesses: Users must use only their own images or images for which they have explicit permission. Uploading the likeness of another individual without consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Intended Use and AI Content and Generation
Purpose: The Studio HQ AI application and its AI generation technology are solely intended for the purpose of creating personalized, stylized comic book, manga, and manhwa narratives for entertainment and personal use.
Technological Limitation: Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering or attempting to replicate the underlying AI technology.
Accuracy Disclaimer: The User acknowledges that AI-generated visual outputs are created algorithmically and may not always be perfectly accurate or free from stylistic errors.
3. Ownership, Licensing, and Commercial Use
User Responsibility: Studio HQ AI does not claim ownership of the material you input.
Paid Subscribers: PRO subscribers own the comics they generate and receive royalty-free usage rights for personal and limited commercial use.
Free Users: Comics are owned by Studio HQ AI. Use is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes with required attribution.
Commercial Use Examples (PRO Subscription Required):
- Monetized social media (YouTube, sponsored posts).
- Advertisements and marketing campaigns.
- Selling or licensing the comic (physical books, games).
4. Subscription and Credit Limits
Creation Limits: Pro packages include a specified limit (e.g., 18 pages/week or 192 pages/year).
Renewal: The creation limit resets with each renewal. Unused credits from the last period will be erased.
