1. Purpose of Uploads and Face Data Usage

The application processes user images strictly for stylized creation. We do not employ facial recognition for identification. Face data is used to create IA content:

Generate AI-modified visuals (stylized comic character).
Maintain visual consistency across comic panels.
Return processed results to the user.

2. Security & Biometric Disclaimer

No Biometric Data: Studio HQ AI does not collect biometric identifiers. Data usage is solely for visual stylization and cannot be used for unique identification or authentication.

3. Data Storage and User Control

Uploaded photos are stored temporarily on secure servers. Data retention is controlled by the user:

Deletion: If a user deletes a photo or comic, all data is permanently removed from servers and caches within 30 days.
No Reuse: Face data is never reused for training or analysis without explicit user action.

4. Ownership and Licensing

PREMIUM Subscribers: Own the generated comics (Personal & Commercial use).
Free Users: Comics are owned by Studio HQ AI (Personal use only with attribution).
